Nurse or caregiver task:
•wound care
•Monitor vital signs. (Pulse rate, temperature, respiration rate, and blood pressure)
•assist with daily routine such as morning care, oral care, transferring patient and feeding.
•Manage medication.
•Managing tubes (nasogastric or NG tube, tracheostomy, gastric or G tube)
